Terms & Conditions
All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. Quotes are valid for 14 days. Production begins only after artwork approval and deposit receipt. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka unless otherwise stated.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to process your enquiry and order. Your contact details and artwork are never sold or shared with third parties. Data is stored securely and used solely for communication about your merchandise requirements.
Artwork & Branding
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use all logos and designs supplied. We may refuse to reproduce copyrighted or offensive material. High-resolution vector files produce the best print results.
Lead Times & Delivery
Standard lead time is 7–14 business days after artwork approval, depending on product and quantity. Delivery is available nationwide across Bangladesh. Rush orders may be accommodated on request.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Custom-branded items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly produced. Any quality concern must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
